摘要 PURPOSE:To aim at simplification and miniaturization in a device, by installing a nozzle in a unit being shiftable in a X-axis direction of a three-axis orthogonal type robot, while making a work wind up a wire through this nozzle. CONSTITUTION:This coil winding device is provided with an insertion head part inclusive of a chuck being free of shifting and turning in both directions, a winding head part inclusive of a three-axis orthogonal type robot consisting of each X-axis-Z-axis units 8-10. A nozzle 11 is attached to the Z-axis unit 10 of this robot, while a wire guide roller 12 is pivotally supported on the Y-axis unit 9 via a bracket. A work is detachably supported on a chuck part attached to a spindle 19 via block 17, while a wire coiled round on the work is cut off by opening or closing motion in a pair of cutters 31 and 32 of a cut and clamp part A lifted by a cylinder 49, and the cut end part is so designed as to be held between a pair of clamp jaws 41 and 42.
