<p>PURPOSE:To regulate the direction of deformable container smoothly and reliably by providing a cam member to be engaged with a rotary drive mechanism to rotate an engaging member by predetermined angle while providing an engage selection member at the engaging portion of said cam member and rotary drive mechanism. CONSTITUTION:Engaging members 5 are provided rotatably on each of many mount bases 4 stretching over a chain 3 of carrying means 1 then the bottom of deformable container 2 is fitted to said member 5. When carrying the container 2 under this state, a detector at the uppermost stream will detect the direction of container 2 and upon detection of incorrect direction an engage selection member 30 is lifted by means of a cylinder 31. Consequently, a cam follower 24 travelling over the linear cam section 26 is engaged with an arched cam section thus to rotate the engaging member or the container 2 by 90 deg. through arm section 22, unilateral clutch 21, etc. While detectors at the downstream will function to convert the attitude of container 2 as required thus to correct the direction.</p> |
