The signal transmitter transmits control signals over a distance from a pilot-control device 1 to a second control device 2 with which a connected operating device 3 of a hydraulic self-advancing powered support assembly in mining is operated. The control signal is initiated with a control lever 13 at the pilot-control device 1 in which a pressure piston 12 is pressed into the surface of elastically deformable pressure bellows 7 filled with pressure fluid. As a result, pressure fluid is displaced into a connected signal line 3 and is forced over a distance towards second pressure bellows 7 of the same type, which communicate with the pressure bellows 7 in the pilot-control device 1 via the signal line 3. Located in the second control device 2 is a further pressure piston 18 which is pressed over the control distance S under the action of a spring 20 into the surface of the second pressure bellows 7. The pressure pulse from the pilot-control device 1 is transmitted by the second pressure bellows 7 to the pressure piston 18, which pushes a switch 16 of the operating device 3 into the operating position. |
