PURPOSE:To attain a compact and light weight structure and to improve the economical performance of a bubble cassette by using a self-bias chip to a memory chip and at the same time excluding a bubble drive coil and a permanent magnet. CONSTITUTION:A self-bias chip is used to a memory chip 23 of a cassette case 11, and both a bubble drive coil and a bubble holding permanent magnet are excluded. The bubble drive coil is set to a holder device which loads and unloads the case 11. In such a constitution, a compact and light weight structure is attained with improvement of the economical performance for a magnetic bubble memory cassette. |
