PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for a protective layer, to decrease warpage and to eliminate the need for a special fixing jig in the stage of joining by providing transparent parts having no information recording layers to the inside and outside peripheral parts of two sheets of disks and joining two sheets of the disks by an adhesive agent having both of a UV curing function and anaerobic curing function. CONSTITUTION:The disk 1 formed by injection molding of an acrylic resin has a central hole 11 to be engaged with a rotary table of an information recording and reproducing device at the central part thereof. On the other hand, the disk has the information recording layer 2 formed by vacuum deposition of tellurium oxide in the central part 14 except the inside peripheral part 12 and outside peripheral part 13 on one side. Two sheets of such disks 1 are superposed in such a manner that the layers 2 face each other, then the disks are pasted by the adhesive agent 5 having both of the UV curing function and anaerobic curing function, by which the information recording disk is obtd. The curing of the remaining central part by exposing the same in the environment kept at and under a high temp. and high humidity is then made possible after only the inside peripheral part and outside peripheral part of the two disks are cured by UV rays. The need for the protective layer to protect the information recording layers against heat is therefore eliminated and the both-side recording disk which warps less is obtd. |
