PURPOSE:To enable to remove a molded product from a mold merely by laterally moving the mold in left and right directions by horizontally molding an oblique mounting groove formed under a captioned boot, then placing it on a horizontal base and deforming it to the prescribed shape by its own weight and self-contraction. CONSTITUTION:Horizontal flanges 3, 4 are formed at the lower end for forming boot mounting grooves 12 of molds 1, 2, and a projection 6 having a molding wall 7 is formed at the position corresponding to that of a core mold 5. A molded boot 11 molded in a cavity 8 can be removed merely by horizontally moving the molds 1, 2, and is placed on a horizontal base plate 13. In this manner, the mounting groove 12 is deformed by its own force in the prescribed oblique shape by its own weight and self-contract. |
