PURPOSE:To eliminate simply a residual substance of cut food, by demounting easily a cutting plate and a transfer rotor to wash them. CONSTITUTION:A cutter for food provided with the cutting plate 25 having the back equipped with the cutting blade 30 in such a way that the tip of the cutting blade 30 faces a through hole set on the main body 26 of the plate and is projected from the surface, the transfer rotor 36 attached to the top of the revolving shaft 11 passing through the central hole of the plate 25, extending to the top of it, having the hopper 41 fixed above it, and the drive member 14 to rotate the revolving shaft 11 laid at the lower part of the plate 25. The plate 25 is attached to a supporting column set on a stand, fixed detachably to the frame 5 supporting the revolving shaft 11, and the rotor 36 is detachably fixed to the revolving shaft 11. Consequently, the plate 25 and the rotor 36 can be easily removed from the stand, washed, to easily remove residual substance of cut food. |
