PURPOSE:To simply reduce the size of a mechanism by obtaining the bidirectional motions of a needle shaft by an L-shaped bracket mounted on the tapered seat of a rotating taper cone and a pin coupled through a spherical slide bearing with the bracket. CONSTITUTION:A pin 17 is fixedly secured to an axis perpendicular to a needle shaft 4, and a taper cone 18 is rotatably supported by a drive unit at an axis parallel to the deflected from the axial center line of the pin 17 to a machine base 7. A taper seat 23 of 1/2 of the necessary tilting angle of a needle 3 to the rotating center line is provided on the cone 18. An L-shaped bracket 24 is mounted on the tapered seat 23, and the pin 17 is coupled through a spherical slide bearing 27 with the bracket 24. The shaft 4 is reciprocated and rotated at an axial stroke of twice of the rotating radius and an angle of twice of the angle of the taper seat 23 through the pin 17 by the rotation of the cone 18. |
