Raw coffee bean prod. - is ground between vertical millstones after drying cooling and cleaning

A prod. is manufactured from coffee beans, the raw beans being dried at 55-56 deg. C and cooled immediately afterwards. After the necessary cleaning the beans are ground between vertically-mounted millstones. The ground product can then be sifted several times until final products result having an appearance varying from flour to gritty meal. This can then be processed into drinks or solid foodstuffs, or for external use.
