PURPOSE:To enable a pump to surely supply fuel by its pumping action to an engine even when it is driven at a low speed so as to promote the engine to be smoothly started, by providing pressing members, which extrude vanes to the internal peripheral surface of a pump chamber, and preventing the pump from being rotated while the vanes are left as sunk in the center side. CONSTITUTION:A pump is formed so that vanes 32... may be presssed to be urged toward the internal peripheral wall of a pump chamber 35 by coil springs 60... being a pressing member. In this way, the vane 32 is never detached from a casing 34 is preventing the vane from being sunk in the side of a rotor 31, accordingly fuel can be surely supplied to an engine by surely generating the pumping action through even the small centrifugal force when the engine is driven at a low speed. In consequence, a trouble of the engine such as inability to start can be prevented before its occurrence. |
