A device, used in the manufacture of batteries is used to fill an electric cell with materials and also provides a connection to the cell to facilitate the filling operation. It has an injection tube with two concentric channels (2, 3), and a mechanism to ensure the volumetric filling through the two concentric channels (2, 3). The filling mechanism consists of two cylinders (8, 9) and two pistons (22, 23) whose movements are limited by rods and stops. The cylinders are connected to tubes (5, 6) bringing the filling materials and to tubes (16, 17) taking the materials to the cell (19). The cylinders also have bushes (10, 11) to determine the amount of materials.
