<p>PURPOSE:To improve reliability of a recapped tire by specifying a folding back part of a carcass ply, the strengthening layer, the height of the reinforcing layer and the structure of lamination for reinforcement structure of the tire bead part provided with a metal cord carcass ply. CONSTITUTION:A strengthening layer 4, with its both ends 4a, 4b measuring h2, h2' in height, that is, 0.9-0.5 and 0.3-0.8 times as high as h1 of a folding back end 2a of a carcass ply respectively, is arranged outside the carcass ply folding back area 2'. A rubberrized cord fabric reinforcing layer 6 is arranged outside said strengthening layer in such a manner that the height h3 of its upper end 6a measures 1.3-2.5 times as high as h1. Further, soft apex rubber SE with 100% modulus of 10-45kg/cm<2> and JIS hardness of 45-65 deg. is arranged, and a hard rubber band HB of 0.3-5mm. thickness and 100% modulus of 30-80kg/cm<2> is positioned. Thus, reliability of a recapped tire can be improved.</p> |
