<p>A liquid container (19) has a closure (20) and an outlet tube (26) which extends through the discharge opening (25) of the container and is displaceable between two positions. In the first position it extends into the container and permits closure of the opening, and in the second position it extends outwardly to act as a discharge tube. The tube has an external flange (27) which, in the first position, forms a first seal around the opening and a second seal against the closure. During release of the closure the first seal is broken before the second seal so that an over-pressure in the container prior to the release does not force liquid out through the tube.</p> |
