PURPOSE:To make the structure of a control unit simple, by determining a pulse width cycle in a way of detecting an on-off state of plural command switches with the control unit according to the order of setting priority, while controlling the intensity of lamp illumination by the output. CONSTITUTION:A control unit 10 for a rear combination lamp detects an input state of each switch indicating each of functions in the order of setting priority of a stop lamp switch 5, a tail lamp switch 7 and a parking switch 3 in accordance with the order of those of stop, tail and parking lamps plus lamp-on time. And, the specified operation is performed at this control unit 10, an output signal is given to a lamp controlling switch element 9, and the pulse width of a single lamp 6 is controlled whereby each of functions inherent in these stop, tail and parking lamps is securable. With this constitution, memory capacity in the control unit is let off with a small one and, further, operation time can be more shortened. |
