PURPOSE:To utilize a DC bias power supply by adding a series circuit comprising an inductance and a resistor, and a bypass resistor to a superconduction logical circuit. CONSTITUTION:A DC bias power supply 10 is connected through a Josephson gate 9. A series circuit comprising the inductance 12 and the resistor 13 is connected in parallel with the gate 9. Furthermore, the bypassing resistor 14 is connected in parallel with a series circuit of a bias current path 5 and the gate 9 of the Josephson superconduction logical circuit 6. Through the constitution above, the circuit 6 is reset to the initial state by utilizing a DC bias power without using an AC bias power to operate sequentially the circuit 6 in the latching mode logical operation. |
