PURPOSE:To enable to use at the place required for three-dimensional elongation and contraction by weaving yarns of solar battery in a cloth state, and using it by wearing on a body. CONSTITUTION:Solar battery yarns 2 receive solar light 1 to generate a voltage and a current between a central conductor wires 7 and the transparent electrodes on the surface of the yarns 2. Since the electrodes do not have sufficiently small electric resistance, electric producing wires 3 are extended as wefts to lead an electricity to the end of a cloth, and the ends of the wefts and warps are bound by lead wirings 4, 5 and connected to external power consuming unit 8. For example, the yarns 8 have 0.1-1mm. in diameter, the wires 3 have similarly 0.1-1mm. to form the cloth. Then, the output of the solar light AM1.5 becomes 0.01-0.5W per 100cm<2>. |
