PURPOSE:To attain high accuracy with an easy production by forming main and auxiliary straining elastic bodies in one body and forming straining parts with holing work. CONSTITUTION:Holes 30 and 31 having a diameter (d) are provided alternately in plate-shaped elastic materials in a line at prescribed pitches P1 and P2 respectively, and grooves 32 reaching holes 30 and grooves 33 reaching holes 31 are cut, thus forming main and auxiliary straining elastic bodies 20 and 21 provided with straining parts 22 and 23 in one body. Consequently, a force measuring device is constituted with high accuracy easily in distinction from assembling work, and degradation of the measurement accuracy due to difference in coefficient of thermal expansion among assembled parts is prevented, and thus, the force measuring device is easy to produce and has high accuracy. |
