PURPOSE:To maintain the heating calory without lowering the quantity of a heat medium flowing to a condenser even when the temperature of external air is low by providing a controller which flows a heat medium liquefied by a condenser from a liquid receiver to a heater and a flowpath which reduces the pressure of the liquid, and also providing a flowpath which introduces the liquid under a reduced pressure from the bottom part of the heater to a compressor. CONSTITUTION:Steam of the heat medium is generated by the heater 12, and is introduced into the condenser 2 through an outlet flowpath 6 and a part of a heating main circulating path so as to appropriately maintain the flow quantity of the heat medium within the condenser 2. Upon this occasion, the supplement of a flow quantity 16 of the heat medium to the heater 12 is intermittently carried out from the liquid receiver 11 by a controller 20. With the circulation of the heat medium, oil within a compressor 1 melts into the heat medium, and circulates and gradually accumulates at the bottom part of the heater 12. In this case, the bottom part of the heater 12 is pressure-reduced through a throttle part 104 by a flowpath 103, and the heat medium circulates to the compressor 1. Thus, deficiency in oil within the compressor 1 is prevented. |
