PURPOSE:To save possibly a load of a control section required for connecting processing and also to decrease optimizingly a connecting required time by registering a call as a waiting call after all exchange boards to be called are busy and connecting the call immediately to an exchange board when a call incoming to the exchange board is released. CONSTITUTION:When a call is incoming to an exchange board 3 processing a manual connecting call, the busy/idle state of the exchange board to be called is checked and when the exchange board in the idle state is detected, the call is connected to the exchange board in the idle state and when the exchange board in the idle state is not detected, the call is registered on the exchange board as a waiting call. The presence of the waiting call to the exchange board in the idle state is checked when the call incoming to the exchange board is subjected to release processing and when the waiting call exists, the connection to the exchange board in the idle state is attained. |
