PURPOSE:To measure a bearing with a high precision by measuring a minimum sensitivity point in accordance with frequency components viewed from the whole of a signal waveform. CONSTITUTION:Detection signals obtained from rotation outputs of a single or plural directional antennas are sampled and are subjected to A/D conversion to obtain digital values, and they are stored as a data group, and data corresponding to one rotation of the antenna from a reference direction of direction finding is used to subject detection signals to Fourier development. The phase value of a fundamental wave component corresponding to a regular repeat period of rotation outputs of the antenna or higher harmonic components corresponding to pluralthem is calculated, and a direction finding value is obtained by this phase value. Consequently, a minimum sensivity point is obtained in accordance with frequency components viewed from the whole of the signal waveform. |
