Heat exchanger panel for thermo-electric device - has rows of staggered cones projecting into air stream between opposed walls

The cooling or heating system uses thermoelectric elements which create a temp. difference when a current flows through them. The heat exchanger element(1) receives heat from the air passing between the walls (5). This heat exchanger element consists of staggered rows of slender cones which project into the spaces between the cones of the element mounted on the opposite wall. The outer surfaces(2) of these walls are fitted with thermo-electric elements (3).
