PURPOSE:To display surely an original size which can be copied in various transfer paper sizes and copy magnifications, by providing an original size display means and a driving means of this display means on the rear face of an original platen. CONSTITUTION:Copy magnification M% is inputted to a control part 31 by an operating part 32, and paper size data is inputted to the control part 31 from a paper size detecting means 33, and display means 11a and 11b are moved in the direction of an arrow R through a wire 12, and the position where the display means 11b is stopped by a detecting switch 30 is defined as a reference position Xo. When the length from this reference position Xo to a center line O is denoted as A(mm.), a moved position X is obtained in accordance with a formula I . The reference position Xo is stored to obtain the moved position in accordance with the formula I even if breadthwise dimensions D of forms are changed by change of copy magnification M and/or paper size thereafter, and display means 11a and 11b are moved at each time to display surely the original size which can be copied. |
