PURPOSE:To improve the line efficiency by prescribing route discrimination signals given to individual systems with signals different from one another to use effectively a use frequency with two orthogonally polarized waves. CONSTITUTION:A prescribed route discrimination signal changing means is provided in a transmission synchronous switching circuit 5 of a stand-by system in the terminal transmission side, and the route discrimination signal of a digital multiplex signal of a current system as a synchronous switching object is converted to the route discrimination signal peculiar to the stand-by system at a synchronous switching time. Thus, synchronous switching between the stand-by system and the current system is performed very smoothly though peculiar route discrimination signals are given to the stand-by system and the current system respectively. |
