PURPOSE:To enhance surface hardness, adhesion between layers, solvent resistance, and transferability of a toner image by using acrylic polyol having epoxy groups and polyester bonds, aliphatic isocyanate, aromatic isocyanate, and a face-roughening agent. CONSTITUTION:An acrylic polyol component is obtained by copolymerizing (meth)acrylate with hydroxyalkyl (meth)acrylate, N-hydroxyalkyl (meth)acrylate, N-hydroxyalkyl (meth)acrylamide, or the like, and when needed, another copolymerizable monomer, and introducing epoxy groups and polyester bonds into said copolymer. Preferable amts. of aliphatic and aromatic isocyanate to be used are NCO/OH equiv. ratios of 0.8-1.5, and 0.1-0.5, respectively, based on the acrylic polyol, and a preferable amt. of the total isocyanate to be used is 1.0-1.8. To prepare a mat film, a plastic film support is coated with a coating material contg. said component, a roughening agent, and an org. solvent, and dried, and further heat treated at about 150 deg.C to harden the coating film. |
