In order to avoid having to provide spacers for supporting the longitudinal reinforcement elements 24 which have to be inserted in the concrete slab, the slip forming machine comprises, in front of the main extrusion table 4, an additional extrusion table 21 which extrudes and moulds a first layer 36 of concrete which is sufficiently hard and compact to support the longitudinal reinforcement elements 24. The latter are guided and positioned in their final locations by guiding tubes 23 which are fixed to the additional extrusion table 21 substantially in the plane of its lower face. The means 7 for supplying and dispensing concrete are designed to deliver a mass of concrete on the ground in front of the two extrusion plates 4 and 21. <IMAGE>
