PURPOSE:To tint steel sheet piles with various colors by covering the steel sheet pile with a plastic layer composed of a polyolefin, a color pigment, a phenolic antioxidant, an ultraviolet rays absorber and carbon black in specific proportions. CONSTITUTION:A plastic layer composed of 100pts.wt. a polyolefin, 0.1-0.5pts. wt. a color pigment, 0.01-0.5pts.wt. a phenolic antioxidant, 0.01-0.5pts.wt. an ultraviolet rays absorber and 0.01-0.3pts.wt. carbon black is covered on the surface of a steel sheet pile through an adhesive layer. In this case, the polyolefin used is polypropylene for example, the color pigment is a master batch type, the antioxidant is 4,4'-thiobis(3-methyl-t-butylphenol), and the ultraviolet rays absorber is benzophenone series one, for example. |
