PURPOSE:To secure the proper steering feeling by separately installing a pressure control valve for front-wheel operating means for assisting the steering of a steering wheel and the deflection of a front wheel and a pressure control valve for a rear-wheel steering means for deflecting a rear wheel and increasing the steering repulsive force for the steering wheel according to the increase of car speed. CONSTITUTION:Since the amount of discharge of a pump 24 is reduced and the repulsive fore which a pinion gear 4 receives is reduced in high-speed turning, each opening port of variable orifices (b) and (c) reduces, and the oil pressure supplied into a power cylinder 6 is reduced. Therefore, an assisting force is reduced, and a steering force is reduced, and the amount of discharge from a port 29a increases, and the amount of feed into a large-diameter hole increases. Therefore, a valve spool is slightly driven, and the amount of feed into the cylinder 6 by a pump 24 is reduced, and a steering repulsive force generated on a steering wheel 66 is increased, and proper steering feeling can be secured. Thus, the generated oil pressure in the pump 24 is controlled by a valve 58 and supplied into the cylinder 6, and the generated oil pressure in a pump 27 is controlled by a valve 60 and supplied into cylinders alpha-delta, and the front and rear wheel systems can be controlled separately. |
