PURPOSE:To prevent semi-cured resin from being included in a part of a molded part and consequently obtain the lightweight and highly reliable title product with no breakage or development of cracks during usage by a structure wherein a semi-cured resin wall is provided on a surface opposite to the gate of a molding die. CONSTITUTION:A semi-cured resin well 3 is provided on a surface opposite to the gate 2 of a molding die so as to stock the resin in semi-cured state at the initial stage of the inflowing of resin in order to obtain an intended product by inhibiting said semi-cured resin from flowing in a molded part body 7. Further, the size of said resin well 3 depends upon the shape and size of molded part and the length of flow passage and its appropriate side is 0.5-5% of the weight of molded part. |
