PURPOSE:To automatically conduct evey operation and to reliably calmp a material to be clamped by pushing up a wheel mounted on the side portion of a clamp apparatus on a clamped material carry in-and-out side to open a clamp and kicking out a material to be clamped to the next process after opening of the carry-out side. CONSTITUTION:A material 7 to be clamped is stopped by a stopper 26 on the carry-in side. The mterial 7 to be clamped is lifted up by a device not shown to readjust its posture. A clamp device 2 is moved so that a wheel 9 runs on a push-up member 11 on the carry-in side, and a pressing member 5 is lifted up against a spring not shown to open a clamping concave portion 8. The material 7 to be clamped enters the clamping concave portion 8 and when the wheel 9 separates from a push-up member 10, the pressing member 5 is lowered by spring force to clamp the material. Similarly, on the carry-out side, the clamp is opened, and the material 7 to be clamped is kicked out to the next process by a kick-out finger 12a of a conveyer 12 rotated at a higher speed. Thus, every operation can be conducted automatically. |
