PURPOSE:To achieve highly accurate reaction regulaton by communicating the reaction spaces at the opposite sides of spool of control valve for exchanging the flow of operating oil. CONSTITUTION:A control valve 13 having a pair of reaction chambers 53, 54 at the opposite sides of spool 41 is provided in the hydraulic circuit of power steering. A path 15 communicating between both chambers 53, 54 is provided and a reaction regulating valve 16 is placed in said path 15. Said valve 16 is constructed such that a valve rotor 21 having a restriction groove 27 in the outercircumference is contained rotatably in the rotor bore 18 of valve casing 17. The valve rotor 21 is pressure balanced axially and radially by the pressure in axial pressure chamber and radial pressure chamber 20, 30 provided at the opposite ends while communicating each other and rotated by an actuator 72 to be controlled in accordance to the car speed. |
