PURPOSE:To prevent fiber sheet laminations from separating from each other by a method wherein fiber laminates consisting in laminating fiber sheets in such a manner as to cross the fiber direction of one sheet with that of another on shape memory alloy wires are heat-treated so as to restore the memory of the end part of each wire in crooked state in order to hold the outer surface of the laminates by the crooking of the wire. CONSTITUTION:Firstly, the end part of each shape memory alloy wire 2 is memorized so as to crook in the direction enabling to hold glass fiber sheets 3. Secondly, said fiber sheets 3 are laminated successively, while being applied resin material between laminations, in such a manner as to cross the fiber direction of one sheet with that of another in order to form fiber laminates 6. Thirdly, the fiber laminates 6 are heat-treated, resulting in curing and joining and restoring the memory of the end part of each of said wires 2. Thus, the intended plastic laminates are obtained by holding the outer surface of said laminates 6 by the crooking of the wires 2.
|
