PURPOSE:To aim at a reduction in cost in time of assembling, improvements in a yield rate at mass production and facilitation in a performance test or the like, by solidifying an upper case, an output shaft, an output worm wheel, a contact piece, a turning position control member and a lead wire as one body with a ring. CONSTITUTION:In order to use a motor actuator for a car air conditioner, it is recommended that motion in an output arm 29 be given to each damper. And, a turning position control member 26 is locked to an upper case 27, while a contact piece 25 locked onto an output worm wheel 23 being solidified with an output shaft 24 is made contact with a surface of the member 26, and held turnably by a ring 31 at the outside of the upper case 27. In addition, both upper and lower cases 27 and 28 is dividably formed in adjoining a surface (a) whereby in time of parts assembling with the upper case 27 as a main body, the output shaft 24 and the output worm wheel 23 are freely turnable. With this constitution, an acceptance inspection and a performance test in a turning contact surface of the turning position control member 26 are all performable in an easy manner. |
