<p>PURPOSE:To contrive accomplishment of low power loss on the titled transformer by a method wherein a high density of non-magnetic oxide is allowed to be present on a crystal grain boundary in narrow width, and the Mn-Zn ferrite which has been controlled in such a manner that its specific resistance is brought to the prescribed value. CONSTITUTION:A low power loss material is obtained using the material with which the value of core loss can be reduced by controlling the crystal grain boundary layer which is used to improve the specific resistance value, copper loss and core loss. To be more precise, a high density of non-magnetic oxide is allowed to be present on the crystal grain boundary in narrow width, and a low power loss transformer is constituted using the Mn-Zn ferrite which is obtained by regulating it in such a manner that the specific resistance of the Mn- Zn ferrite will be 50-300OMEGA/cm in working frequency. Through these procedures, a low power loss can be accomplished on the titled transformer.</p> |
