In order in an adjusting disc, in particular for a mirror-reflex camera, to reduce shading of the split-image indicator, the microprisms and the ground-glass screen, and simultaneously to be able to use for measurement purposes all the subject edges extending through the adjusting system in conjunction with the highest possible measurement accuracy without tipping the camera, magnifying deflecting elements are configured and arranged such that the pupil opening and, in the case of defocussing, the subject are more or less exactly rotated, the direction of deflection of the deflecting elements preferably being directed tangentially.
