PURPOSE:To control satisfactorily die temp. with a sprayer having at least either of a mold parting material and cooling water by integrating the signals from die temp. sensors in a control circuit for discriminating temp. and controlling the working time for spraying. CONSTITUTION:The temps. of a casting die 1 are detected by temp. sensors 2 consisting of thermocouples and the respective detected temps. T1-6 are integrated to a representative die temp. T by a temp. discriminating circuit 4 of a control circuit 3 for discriminating temp. 3. The working time 61-5, 71-5 for spraying of a mold parting material and cooling water to the respective positions of the die are controlled by a timer control circuit 5, by which solenoid valves for spraying are actuated. The respective parts of the die 1 are always within the prescribed temp. range and the satisfactory control state is maintained. |
