PURPOSE:To stabilize the temperature characteristics as well as to improve the insulating characteristics of the titled transformer by a method wherein an insulating layer is provided on the wall of a transformer tank, and the heat insulating effect of the transformer is enhanced. CONSTITUTION:An insulating layer 11 is provided on the inner wall of a transformer tank 9. The transformer is constituted in such a manner that an insulating sheet is adhered to the inner surface of the tank 9 as an insulating layer 11. Consequently, as the insulating layer 11 is interposed between the insulating medium 10 such as SFe gas and the like sealed in the transformer and the tank 9, the insulating medium 10 receives no effect of outside air temperature, and the temperature characteristics of the transformer can be stabilized. Besides, even when impurities and the like are brought in the transformer by any chance, the generation of a dielectric breakdown caused by the impurities entered into the winding can be prevented, because the inside of the tank is protected by the insulating layer 11. |
