TUNING SYSTEM OF CASTING MACHINE AND AUTOMATIC POURING DEVICE

PURPOSE:To enable tuning of a casting machine and an automatic pouring device by detecting the time required for one cycle of the casting machine and the time required for one cycle except the standby time of the automatic pouring device and determining the difference therebetween as standby time. CONSTITUTION:The interval of the signal outputted from a casting machine 1 to an automatic pouring device 32 is measured and the time required for one cycle of the machine 1 is detected. The time required for one cycle except the standby time of the device 32 is also detected. The difference between the above-mentioned two time is set as the standby time of the device 32. The machine 1 and the device 32 which poures automatically a molten metal to said machine 1 by the various commands from said machine are tuned.
