PURPOSE:To reduce the output noise of a switching regulator by providing a reactor in series with the primary winding of a transformer, providing a capacitor in parallel with a main switch element, and feeding back energy stored in the capacitor during the ON period of the switch element. CONSTITUTION:When a main switch Q is closed, a current flows in a circuit from the positive electrode of a DC power source EM, the primary winding n1 of a transformer TM, a reactor L, a main switch Q, and the negative electrode of the power source EM. The current flowed at this time is suppressed at the rise by the reactor L. When the switch Q is ON, the charge of the capacitor C is discharged by the operation of a discharge circuit 7, and fed back to the power source EM. When the switch Q is OFF, the current flowed to the switch Q is flowed to the circuit of the diode D and the capacitor D, and the capacitor C is again charged. |
