The coaxial-cable connecting device, which is provided especially for a broadband junction or distributor, comprises a socket unit which has an outer-conductor contact tube (3) and an inner-conductor contact part (11), which is arranged centrally with respect to the outer-conductor contact tube (3). A plug sleeve (13) consisting of insulating material and which, for its part, can be plugged into the outer-conductor contact tube (3), can be plugged onto the outer conductor (17) of the coaxial cable (19). On its end side facing axially away from the coaxial cable (19), the plug sleeve (13) has a through-opening (23) for the inner conductor (21) of the coaxial cable. Arranged on the circumference of the plug sleeve (13) are a plurality of contact leaf springs, which are elongated in the axial direction of the plug sleeve, are domed in a multiple manner in axial longitudinal section planes, are guided in windows (57, 59), which are separated from one another in the circumferential direction by axial webs of the plug sleeve, and are supported with their radially outer bulging (33) on the outer-conductor contact tube (3), with their inner bulging (35) on the coaxial-cable side on the outer conductor (17), and with their end edge (39), placed in the insertion direction, of their end section (37), which runs obliquely with respect to the cable axis in the insertion direction, on the outer conductor (17). The other end of each of the leaf springs, which are constructed as individual leaf springs, is held separately on the plug sleeve. <IMAGE>
