PURPOSE:To provide a titled device which recovers thoroughly dust and improves working environment around a rolling mill by communicating and connecting the suction side of a suction fan to a hood provided to face the outlet or inlet side of the rolling mill and communicating and connecting the discharge side thereof to a vessel for recovering dust. CONSTITUTION:A hood 26 of which the opening is positioned to face the outlet side and/or inlet side of a rolling mill 14 is communicated and connected via a dust 44 to the suction side of a suction fan 28 which is rotated by the driving power of the revolving spindle 20 of a rolling mill 14 branched and derived via a V belt 42 to such the dust by the scale formed on the surface of a wire rod 10 together with a large amt. of air. The discharge side of said fan 28 is communicated and connected via a duct 50 to a tank 30 for recovering the dust which stores water in the lower part and disposed with a magnet 52 in the upper space. The air which is captured of the dust, iron powder, etc. and is thus cleaned is discharged through an outlet port 48. |
