PURPOSE:A calcium-enriched substance, obtained by adding vitamin D to a mixture containing a material containing carbon and silicon, capable of making up for efficiently calcium deficiency, preparable easily, and preventing diseases caused by the calcium deficiency. CONSTITUTION:A calcium-enriched substance obtained by adding (B) vitamin D in an amount of 1/2 or less based on a mixture (A) to (A) the mixture containing carbon and silicon, e.g. seaweed. A substance usable for food by humans may be used as the mixture (A), and a seasoning or food may be added thereto. Alternatively, a substance usable for food by animals may be used, and a feed may be added thereto. EFFECTHematocatharsitic and catharasitic effect is produced in the body, and the substance can be produced at a low cost by using chaff, etc. as the mixture. |
