PURPOSE:To carry out advantageously the titled method of dried beer yeast, by using sepcific amounts of synthetic hydrotalcite, magnesium bismuth silicate aluminate, etc. as a binder. CONSTITUTION:A dried beer yeast is incorporated with one or more of synthetic hydrotalcide, magnesium bismuth silicate aluminate, magnesium silicate aluminate and diatomaceous earth in an amount of 1-10wt% based on the total weight, and the resultant mixture is then tableted by the direct powder compression by the coventional method. EFFECT:A sufficient amount of the binder to be added is small, and the method is suitable to production of medicines. |
