<p>PURPOSE:To place an empty pastry sheet at the correct position on a pastry sheet topped with ingredient, by lifting the sheet at the edge of a baking plate with a releasing plate, positioning the sheet with a positioning device, and rotating the releasing plate at the side of the empty pastry sheet. CONSTITUTION:The pastry 2 is dripped on the baking plate 1, and the ingredient is placed on the sheet groups of the alternate rows. Each pastry sheet is lifted with the releasing plate 3a-3d at the edge of the baking plate, and is transferred to the positioning device 4. The device 4 is brought close to the releasing plate to place each pastry sheet at the correct position on the releasing plate, and the releasing plates 3b, 3d at the side of the empty pastry sheets are turned toward the releasing plates 3a, 3c at the side of the pastry sheets topped with ingredient.</p> |
