发明名称 TRANSMISSION POWER CONTROL SYSTEM WITH SPIN FLUCTUATION COMPENSATION
摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent deterioration of a communication line by detecting an error between a pilot reception signal and a beacon reception signa and passing a spin flucturation error signal through a delay circuit so as to eliminate the spin fluctuation of an up link of a pilot signal. CONSTITUTION:One period's share of the pilot reception signal of satellite communication using a spin attitude control satellite before spin fluctuation correction only is stored in a storage device 2. The storage device 2 outputs cyclicly a stored data of one period to an error operating circuit 3. The error operating circuit 3 operates a difference between the storage data of the pilot reception signal and the beacon reception signal and extracts it as the spin fluctuation error signal. The spin fluctuation error signal is subject to correction of propagation delay time and opposite phase between the satellite and the earth at a delay circuit 4 and subject to gain compensation between transmission and reception at a level converting circuit 5, then outputted as a transmission power control signal. As a result, the spin fluctuation of the up link is compensated.
