PURPOSE:To readily regulate to equalize the rotating speeds of two rotors by providing a balance member for regulating to equalize the rotary inertias of the rotors in a rotary unit. CONSTITUTION:When a rotor 2 of left side stalls after starting, a balance member 5 of left side is secured by moving the balance pin 6 of the member 5 to the inner peripheral side, and a balance member of right side is, on the contrary, secured by moving to the outer peripheral side so as to regulate to equalize the rotary inertias of the both rotors 2. Then, the both rotors 2 do not stall but are accelerated to the vicinity of the synchronizing speed. |
