The invention relates to a structural member for lining tanks, channels and generally wall surfaces, which is intended to prevent the penetration of aggresive liquid into a bearing structure or the surrounding earth. The structural member comprises a composite panel 1 of an upper liquid-permeable like-grained concrete course 3, covered by a corrosion-resistant plastics sheet 2, and a lower water-impermeable fibre concrete course 4, into which there are incorporated parallel to one another drainage pipes 6 with drainage clearances 7 facing the like-grained concrete course 3. The drainage clearances 7 are covered by a fine-filter mat 8 made of a nonwoven or the like (Fig. 1). <IMAGE>
