PURPOSE:To improve the buffer performance of the titled coil by a method wherein an insulating layer, a cushion layer and an elastic shield layer are successively provided around the periphery of a wound conductor and cast resin layer is further provided around the periphery to form another cushion layer by means of thermally expanding a foaming adhesive sheet. CONSTITUTION:A coil main body 1A is composed of a wound conductor 3 with an interlayer insulating layer 2 lying between, another insulating layer 4 wound around periphery of the cnductor 3, a cushion layer 5A further wound around the periphery of the insulating layer 4 and a metal net made shield layer 6 wound around the periphery of the cushion layer 5A. The cushion layer 5A formed of a foaming adhesive sheet wound around itself winds the thin sheet by one turn around the periphery of the insulating layer 4 further winding the elastic metal net made shield layer 6 around the periphery of the thin adhesive sheet to compose the main body 1A. Spacers 10 are inserted into metal dies 11 for forming the cast resin layer lying between the dies 11 in the longitudinal direction in such a status. Then said resin layer may be formed by thermally expanding the layer 5A and making the main body 1A adhere closely to the spacers 10 for cast resin in the metal dies 11. Through these procedures, the buffer performance of the coil main body 1A may be improved. |
