发明名称 COMPOSITE PIEZOELECTRIC LAMINATING BODY
摘要 PURPOSE:To decrease vibration loss and to improve the working performance by heating and bonding a piezoelectric ceramic material to a positive electrode and a negative electrode while applying silver paste included with glass minute particles and connecting the positive and negative silver electrodes at their outside in common so as to incorporate them. CONSTITUTION:Silver paste 21, 22 with glass minute particles is applied to both sides of the piezoelectric ceramic element 1, the elements are laminated so as to be opposed to each other and a slight pressure is applied axially. The silver paste is applied to the side face of the ceramic element while providing a slight non-coating part 1' so as to leave a small space at the opposite side of a lead wire connecting part. The gap is used to provide an interval between the positive and negative electrodes, and after the piezoelectric elements are laminated, the positive electrodes and the negative electrodes are connected incorporatedly respectively by applying the silver paste to the side face of the ceramic elements similarly. The incorporation of the lamination and common connection of each electrode are executed at the same time by heating and baking the assembly to a temperature at which the glass included in the silver paste is molten and the composite piezoelectric laminating body where each element is connected in parallel electrically and in cascade mechanically is obtained.
