PURPOSE:To enable to turn dust of low boiling point into a slaggy state, by providing a second dust supply line for putting back the dust collected by a dust collecting part to a low-temperature fusing part and a third dust supply line to be ramified from a first dust supply line and connected with the second dust supply line. CONSTITUTION:Dust collected by a dust collecting part-B 27 is loaded upon a low-temperature fusing part 29 through a second dust supply line 28. By the way, a mixer 58 is provided in the middle of the dust supply line 28. A third dust supply line 23 ramified from a first dust supply line 21 which is led toward a fusing furnace 22 from an absorbing part 18 of HCl and a dust collecting part-A 19 of an incineration treatment part is connected also with the mixer 58. The titled device is constituted so as to enable to make use of potential heat of exhaust gas as its heat source and to load dust from the third dust supply line upon the low-temperature fusing part at the time when the dust of the low boiling point taken out selectively is made to fuse and turn into slag at a temperature more than the fusion point and less than the boiling point. Then the dust of the low boiling point can be turned into a state of slag economically. |
