PURPOSE:To irradiate laser beam vertically on the surface of the body to be worked and to enable to teach correctly the focus position of laser beam by fitting the stylus formed with a translucent material to work head and by irradiating visible light toward the body to be worked from the stylus. CONSTITUTION:The transparent and hollow stylus 4 having a globular head part 4a on its tip part is fitted attachably and detachably on the tip of work head 2. In case of teaching, the stylus 4 is adjusted so as to become vertical on the surface of the body 1 to be worked by looking at even from any direction with the visual observation from different two directions by approaching the stylus 4 to the surface of the body 1 to be worked and the state thereof is inputted into memory unit. The brightness of the head part 4a becomes maximum then when the laser beam B is focused on the surface of the body 1 to be worked in case of approaching or departing the stylus 4 to or from the surface of the body 1 to be worked by irradiating the red laser beam B for teaching. |
